For me, creating art isn’t about decoration; it’s about capturing something real, something you can feel in your bones. The Bold series was born from a need to express raw emotions—the intensity, resilience, and presence that define those moments when we feel most alive. I wanted to make pieces that draw you in, not just visually but emotionally, giving you a space to connect with something deeper.
In this series, I’ve pushed the textures and materials to new extremes, experimenting with thick, almost sculptural layers of paint and rich pigments that create a grounded, tactile presence. Each piece is finished with a subtle matte surface that absorbs light, letting the shapes and shadows pull you in. There’s a tension in these artworks—a dance between solid form and expressive strokes, a balance of weight and spontaneity. They invite you to get close, to trace the lines, to feel the energy and movement that brought them to life.
